Jer 23:23-25;28;29

"Am I not a God near at hand"—God's Decree—"and not a God far off?

Can anyone hide out in a corner where I can't see him?"
God's Decree.

"Am I not present everywhere, whether seen or unseen?"
God's Decree.

"I know what they're saying!*
What does straw have in common with wheat?
Nothing else is like God's Decree.

Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

E.A Isaiah.

SOAKING

THE MYSTERY OF SOUND (TMS)  SOAKING Habakkuk 2:20 "But oh! God is in his holy Temple! Quiet everyone—a Holy silence. Listen!" Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. Soaking! Although the word soaking is not really a scriptural metaphor, it is a term we use to describe a moment of rest, waiting in stillness for the Holy Spirit to fill us again with the Father's love. It can be after prayers, worship session etc. Or you just wait in silence for Him. The key to the “secret place” is “soaking!” Soaking is when you rest in God's presence doing nothing but listening and listening to Him alone. "Soaking" is another term for "active rest". (Listening to Him is the active part while doing nothing is the resting part). That was exactly what happened between Mary and Martha (Luke 10:38-42). With all the effort of Martha to give a nice and befitting treatment t...

THE MYSTERY OF SOUND (TMS) 9th April, 2017 SEMINAR MATERIAL 1 THEME : UNDERSTANDING MUSIC TOPIC : WHAT IS MUSIC? INSTRUCTOR : ELMOND ISAIAH INTRODUCTION Music is one of the must interesting and best present or gift given to us by our loving father and it feels so good to take a proper study as to understanding what it’s all about. Although the study of MUSIC can never be fully comprehended by any creation, even angels but by God alone who cannot be comprehended by anyone or anything. God, the Living God is the true author of music. He is music personified. So, when we study and understand what music is, it aid our worship to God and help us connect easily to Him. The Bible said in Psalms 8:1&9 that even the name of the Lord our God is excellent not to even talk about His personality and the things He does. The name of God differ from His personality. Psalms 138:2 said that God honor, magnify, and exalt His word above His name because His word is Him, while ...

THE MYSTERY OF SOUND (TMS)   13th April, 2017 TMS APRIL 2017 SEMINAR MATERIAL 2 THEME : UNDERSTANDING MUSIC TOPIC : THE IMPORTANCE OF MUSIC INSTRUCTOR : JANET JATAU “ ...Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ... ” (Eph. 5:19-20).       An anointed spiritual song has a way of surfacing in our spirits when we need it most. Music is such a big part of worship and it is so important to familiarize ourselves with good Gospel songs, along with the great old hymns of the church, because they bring comfort and restore hope and joy, causing us to sing and make melody in our hearts to the Lord! "....Serve The Lord with gladness: come before His presence with singing...." (Ps 100:2).    Music is so important to God that it is required to enter into Go...

IN PURSUIT OF MUSICAL EXCELLENCE PREVIEW

IN PURSUIT OF MUSICAL  EXCELLENCE (PREVIEW) BY ELMOND ISAIAH IN PURSUITE OF MUSICAL EXCELLENCE Excellence is the quality of being outstanding or superior in a thing, or over everything as in the case of God. Excellence is what it feels like to have a true taste and feels of God’s mind and desire over everything. It is quite unfortunate that many people including those in the kingdom are always satisfied with the state of moderate quality called ‘mediocre’ in about 85% of their life’s engagements. They have little or no passion and self-motivation driving them for a purposeful life, so they just stop at the middle of the road for anything and feels that’s their best. I think those kind of people need a renewal of mind because many of them are not lacklusters as they have believed themselves to be. Not when they are in GOD. Jesus our elder brother after encouraging us in Matthew 5 to leave out our GOD-created identity (leaving generous...

It is the principal part in harmonized music. A melody ("singing, chanting"), also voice, or line, is a linear succession of musical tones that the listener perceives as a single entity. In its most literal sense, a melody is a combination of pitch and rhythm, while more figuratively, the term can include successions of other musical elements such as tonal color. What is Heaven? According to Oxford Dictionary, heaven is a place regarded in various religions as abode of God (or the gods) and the angels, and of the good after death, often traditionally depicted as being above the sky. The Bible speaks of three different he...

THE EFFECT OF NEW SONGS AND OLD SONGS

-
Image
THE MYSTERY OF SOUND (TMS) TMS JUNE 29 TH 2017 SEMINAR MATERIAL THEME: A NEW SONG INSTRUCTOR: TESTIMONY OLIVES TOPIC: THE EFFECT OF NEW SONGS AND OLD SONGS First of all we will have an understanding of what a new song and an old song is. These two phrases are combination of two separate words “New” and “Song”. In defining song, we can simply say it’s making melodies and rhythms with words. It is a composition of lyrics and music that is purposeful. The word “New” simply means fresh, pure, something that has not been in existence. Old will therefore be the opposite of New. Combining them together, new song would mean a fresh composition of lyrics and music. Note that this may be a literal meaning whereas a new song goes deeper than that. It goes beyond the newness of lyrical composure, in this context new song means more of a song producing a fresh meaning/revelation/understanding of the lyrics to a singer and so we can say an old song can become a new song t...

Graceful Beauty - Graceful Beauty is Royalty

-
Image
GRACEFUL BEAUTY IS ROYALTY I am really excited for this moment and I want to appreciate God, and my father, Mr. Elmond Isaiah for the opportunity and rare privilege to teach on this exalted platform. I want to start by the popular saying; "how you dress is how you will be addressed." It really does not matter the amount you used to purchase a dress but the way you present yourself in the dress. Your dressing complements your beauty My beloved sisters our dressing and beauty only come to light when we also have good character. See the story of Esther and Vashti. Queen Vashti's beauty was something to behold even to the point that her husband wanted to show her off for other Kings to see. But her character made her to be replaced by Esther despite growing up as an orphan. We must build a good character. Now talking about hygiene, as a lady, you make sure you are well kept in terms of cleaning of the body, clothes, underwear, shaving etc. Some ladies can...
